For the past year, Philadelphia has been trying to get the word out to residents about 988, an easy-to-dial number for suicide and mental health crisis services, but many Philly teens still say they’ve never heard of it.

Madira reopens with 24 taps and authentic Indian cuisine

Just in time for prime sports watching season, Madira at 21st and Titan in Point Breeze has undergone a transformation. Gone is the bottle shop with snacks, and in its place is a tavern with 24 rotating taps, games on  the TVs, and authentic Indian cuisine.
